Every Veltide board and boat is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in the board, motor and battery under normal recreational use. Wear items and accidental damage are excluded.

Battery care

Store packs cool and partially charged and rinse the board after saltwater use. Proper care keeps your warranty valid and your board fast.
